What we collect

When you submit the setup form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, trade, phone number, email, weekly call volume, and any notes you add. When your business uses our receptionist service, we process call audio, transcripts, and the intake details callers share so we can book jobs and notify your team.

How we use it

Setup form details are used to contact you about the service and prepare your onboarding. Call data is used to operate the receptionist on your behalf: answering, booking, sending confirmations, and producing the reports you receive.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your call data to market to your customers.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in our hosting provider's managed database. Call recordings and transcripts are retained while your account is active so you can review them; ask us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it by contacting us through the setup form. Callers who ask to be forgotten during a call will have that request passed to the business they called.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
