The service
AnswerForce AI provides an AI-powered call answering and booking service for service businesses. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Included minutes reset each billing cycle; overage is billed at $0.30 per minute as posted on the pricing page.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the intake script you approve, for the phone numbers you forward to the service, and for complying with call recording and consent laws that apply in your jurisdiction. Where consent notices are required, we help you configure them.
Service levels
We aim for continuous availability and answer times under two rings. Pro plans include a formal SLA with uptime credits as described in the order form. The service is not a substitute for 911 or emergency dispatch services.
Cancellation
Plans are month to month. You can cancel before your next billing date and the service runs through the end of the paid period. The one time setup fee covers onboarding work and is not refundable once onboarding has begun.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
